  The best way to describe this cookie to someone who has not yet tried it, would be to say that, “It’s the cookie that eats like a meal!” It’s full of sweetness and tartness and is moist, in the best, “melt in your mouth” kind of way. At the same time, it has plenty of texture and crunch with the macadamia nuts and white chocolate chips. A very hearty cookie and a mouth full of delicious. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. You will need a 9x13 baking dish. DRY Ingredients: 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt ¾ cup granulated sugar ¾ cup light brown sugar packed 2 cups white chocolate chips (12 oz. package) 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts  ½ cup dried cranberries WET INGREDIENTS: 1 cup softened butter 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 large eggs DIRECTIONS: In a medium bowl mix together flour, baking soda and salt.
